Wat ga je doen?

  • The Manager Local Support is accountable for providing best in class support on the O&RIT services
  • In the nominated Office locations, Retail shops and other mobile working workforces. 
  • Accountable for fast incident resolution delivery and execution of requests.
  • He steers his organization to provide proactive support to the VZ employees and supports in the execution of on-site projects.
  • Next to this he is responsible for the Customer Satisfaction with regards to the services his team provides.
  • As O&R IT delivers 24x7 support this role is part of the Managers On Duty team which is involved in escalations outside office hours.
  • Managing the Local Support department
  • Resource planning and allocation
  • Support in the incident and problem process to meet agreed service levels
  • Development of relevant expertise and competences within the department
  • Alignment (processes) with Service Desk Department
  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience 
  • Experience with managing Enterprise Support organizations 
  • Experience in Office and Retail IT Support ·
  • Project & process management skills
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Able to inspire employees to help the customer the best way they can

  • Knowledge of IT support and Floor Support
  • Strong verbal and written skills in Dutch and English 
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar/related role
  • HBO+ educational level in the ICT domain
